Carnew Primary Care Centre & Nursing Home, Co Wicklow 

Carnew Primary Care Centre is a two-storey building, which includes medical units, treatment rooms, health related retail units, offices, a community welfare office, surgeries, waiting areas, a dental facility, and meeting rooms, with 35 parking spaces outside.

We were the main contractors for the construction of this new build Primary Care Centre.

It opened its doors by the Health Services Executive in September 2016.

In 2020, we commenced work as the main contractor on Carnew’s 100 Bed Nursing Home which is located adjacent to the Carnew Primary Care Centre.

Baltinglass Primary care centre, Co. Wicklow

We developed a 18,600 sq foot Primary Care Centre which included an ambulance station, and ancillary facilities. 

Mixed used development site in Baltinglass Co. Wicklow. We are developing a Primary Care Centre with an ambulance station and ancillary facilities.

The project also includes the redevelopment of the old convent building into 16 apartments, along with a further 56 houses being built on the site.

This facility has been open to the public since January 2021

Carnew Nursing Home

Located just next door to Carnew Primary Care Centre, we built this state of the art 90 bed nursing home.

This includes a full commercial kitchen, offices, three lifts and two internal private courtyards.

This 40,000 sq ft facility includes 47 parking spaces.

Mount Mercy College, Model Farm Road, Cork , Co Cork

This project consists of the erection of a new sprung structure sports hall with changing rooms, first floor gym, ancillary facilities and associated car parking and site works.
